You will oversee road construction and rehabilitation activities on site, ensuring works are executed according to approved designs, standards, and contract requirements. You will document progress, verify quality, coordinate inspections and tests, and communicate clear actions to keep the project compliant, safe, and predictable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily site inspections and confirm compliance with approved drawings and methods
• Verify materials and workmanship for earthworks, base layers, asphalt paving, and roadside elements
• Coordinate sampling and laboratory testing and review results against specifications
• Track progress versus schedule and report risks, constraints, and required corrective actions
• Check quantities and support payment documentation with clear evidence and records

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in road works supervision, construction, or quality control
• Good understanding of road construction technologies and material specifications
• Ability to read drawings, interpret standards, and produce structured documentation
• Confident communication and a disciplined approach to site reporting
• Driving license and readiness for on site work across the Baltic region
